8 BA FLATHEAD

This is a basically stock 8BA Ford Flathead. It has .060 over pistons and a reground crank. All new bearings, gaskets and a 12 Volt Pertronix Ignitor are in the build. It includes the 94 Holley carb shown, but does not have a fuel pump, fuel pump push rod or pump stand. The parts and labor price list shows $2176.84 for this engine but we will sell it Sale Priced at $2,000.00 if it is picked up at our location. We can discuss other delivery options, but experience has shown that a “Less than Load” item of this size gets expensive in a hurry. So consider ways to get this engine to your location. We can haul it, for a fee, and finding something to haul back would help.

This engine starts easily and runs good. See the video. We have only dry run this on the stand, so it has about 5 minutes total run time. This is engine is being sold without a fuel pump, oil filter, generator, fan, pressure plate, or clutch disc.

We are selling this engine just as you see it. Basically these are ordered engines that the buyer did/could not pay for. Our problem, your gain.

We don’t charge for return trips as we try to find something to backhaul. However, hauling fees must be paid in advance. If you decide the vehicle is not what you want we won’t unload it.
